This dance is for anyone who wants to "ballroom" dance. It is being called an adult dance event, but teens who like ballroom dance are also welcome. HiTTs members hope to start holding one of these events every month.
This is a popular event among adults in southern Illinois. It is geared toward an older audience, but if you like dancing to classic rock, jazz and big band, or just listening to the music, you will enjoy this. There is usually a big turnout at these events. If you have not seen Hitts lately, you will be quite amazed at the improvements and additions that have been made. There is a big dance floor, a large comfortable seating area, a DJ booth, an outside patio with bistro tables and chairs, and a large coffee shop with various refreshments. It is a great place to have an entertaining evening.
